Job Description
Manpower Needed: 5
Salary: Open / Negotiable
Work Category: Engineering / Electrical / Power Operations
Main Duties:
• Operate electrical switchgear and power distribution systems including circuit breakers, transformers, and distribution panels
• Ensure a continuous and stable power supply to all machineries and production equipment
• Monitor electrical systems and respond to faults, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve power-related issues
• Follow strict safety standards and compliance procedures during equipment operation and servicing
Qualifications:
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field (preferred)
Skills & Knowledge:
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience operating turret, bender, and busbar machinery
• Familiar with circuit breakers, transformers, relays, and control panels
• Knowledge of medium- and high-voltage electrical distribution systems
• Skilled in operating and maintaining switchgear machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with effective communication abilities
Other Details:
• Must be willing to stay-in (free staff house provided)
• Preferably candidates originally from provinces outside Bulacan
Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
