Main Duties :
Operates and monitors busbarring machines to cut, punch, bend, and assemble busbars according to specifications.
Ensures product quality through measurements and visual inspections; reads and interprets technical drawings; performs machine setup and adjustments; maintains equipment cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent but if graduate of Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
Experience operating busbarring machines or previous work experience in Switchgear Field.
Knowledge of busbar cutting, punching, bending, and forming processes.
Basic understanding of electrical components and busbar applications.
Skilled in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers to ensure precision.
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and meet production deadlines.
Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods.
