Job Description
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
Design & Development of New Products:
• Ensure sound theoretical principles are applied in product designs
• Confirm material selection for each component is appropriate and effective
• Assure proper material processing, tooling, and fabrication methods are followed
Manufacturing & Assembly Methods:
• Apply industry-standard assembly practices and quality control standards
• Improve or expand current manufacturing capabilities for new product developments
• Establish new manufacturing processes as needed for production of new designs
Innovation & Support:
• Continuously research new areas for product development and process improvement
• Provide technical support to other engineers in design and manufacturing processes
• Educate and train junior engineers in advanced technical design practices
Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electronics product design and development
• PRC License not required
