Job Description
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians under the soldering team
- Setup and design process fixtures and tools
- Work closely with Process Engineering and Automation teams
Qualifications;
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
- Must have five (5) years of minimum experience in Industrial Electronics Manufacturing, managing process design, and wave soldering machines
- Must be a soldering expert
- Must have experience in semiconductors, industrial manufacturing, or electronics manufacturing
- Willing to work onsite in Cavite
