Your Role:

As an Sales Operation Coordinator, you will:

Manage the Sales Director’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and help prep agendas
Assist with M&A administrative support (track communications, manage files, prep materials)
Organize and help facilitate Producer meetings and PODs (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
Maintain Salesforce records (updating contacts, tracking pipeline activities, pulling reports)
Draft internal communications, team updates, and basic reporting
Help build and maintain tracking sheets (Excel, NetSuite, etc.)
Help build and maintain Power Point presentations
Assist with light project management (setting deadlines, following up with team members)
Liaise with internal departments (marketing, finance, advisor teams) to ensure projects move forward
General administrative duties (file organization, document editing, scheduling support)

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Strong tech skills — Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint (or willing to learn)
3-5 Years of experience in Sales
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Bonus if familiar with financial services or sales team operations

Preferred skills/expertise

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently but knows when to ask for help
Understands discretion and confidentiality
A mindset of ownership — doesn’t just “do tasks,” thinks ahead and anticipates needs
Salary:
