Job Description
> Sales order encoding.
> Item list entry, encoding and updating.
> Sales data extraction, monitoring and updating.
> Pricelist updating.
> Item inventory data extraction, monitoring and updating.
> Monitoring of Fill Rate and delivery lead time.
> Monitoring of TSM Daily Sales Reports.
> Data template creation and customization based on need.
> Data verification by cross-referencing other department data.
> Documentation and securing data confidentiality.
> Data master list clean-up and maintenance
> Monthly updating of CBD scorecard and dashboard
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and ERP
- Highly analytical and keen to details
- Proactive, Assertive and Flexible
- Work ethics
- Preferably a graduate of BS Information Technology / Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course
- can work under pressure
