Job Description
1. Informing customers of service changes or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
2. Achieve sustainable growth for the dealership's service department by managing the labor sales team to hit the sales target for service and to maximize the receipt of units for servicing through constant communication with old and new clients, and to deliver efficient yet uncompromising service.
3. Craft strategies to capture the identified market.
4. Set up the parts depot and service workshop.
5. Establish the end-to-end after-sales process and relevant control.
6. Uphold customer satisfaction.

Qualifications*
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
2. Preferably with 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership.
3. With a total of 5 years of experience in automotive dealership as Reception head, Service Advisor,
or Service OIC.
4. With marketing, accounting and mechanical skills.
5. With business business-oriented personality and leadership skills.,
