Job Description

Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (or
equivalent in Marine Technology or Mechanical Engineering with marine
focus).
 Must hold a valid professional license or certification.
Experience:
 3–5 years of experience in ship design, construction, or shipyard engineering
projects.
 Hands-on involvement in drydocking, structural modifications, or marine
systems integration is preferred.
Skills:
 Proven ability to design and evaluate ship structures, hull forms, and onboard
systems.
 Skilled in hydrostatics, stability analysis, resistance and propulsion
calculations.
 Proficiency in ship design and simulation software (e.g., Maxsurf, Rhino,
Orca3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
 Experience preparing and reviewing technical drawings, construction plans,
and specifications.
 Knowledge of classification society rules (ABS, DNV, BV) and international
maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL).
 Familiarity with shipyard processes including outfitting, launching, testing,
and sea trials.
 Competence in project planning, cost estimation, and interdisciplinary
coordination.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to safety,
efficiency, and performance.
 Effective communicator with experience working in multidisciplinary
engineering teams.
Civil Engineering
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering course.
 Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience:
 At least 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, including site
development, structural design, infrastructure planning, or construction
supervision.
Skills:
 Proficient in preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, blueprints, and
technical specifications.
 Skilled in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
 Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
tools.
 Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental
standards.
 Strong project management and organizational skills.
 Ability to perform site inspections and ensure compliance with design and quality
standards.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients,
contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Mechanical Engineering
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
 Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Experience:
 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering projects, including design,
analysis, manufacturing, or maintenance.
Skills:
 Proficiency in mechanical design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or
similar CAD tools.
 Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and
mechanical systems.
 Experience with cost estimation, project planning, and resource management.
 Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control
procedures.
 Ability to develop and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and
technical reports.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and
clients.
 Knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance planning, and equipment
