Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with real estate transactions and administrative support
• Manage property listings, inquiries, and online platforms
• Conduct follow-ups with leads, clients, and agents
• Coordinate with US-based real estate professionals
• Maintain accurate records and update CRMs or internal tools
Contract & Transaction Management:
• Review contracts and terms, identify and mitigate risks
• Oversee technical contracts from drafting, signing, to archiving
• Coordinate cross-departmental contract reviews
• Monitor execution and resolve issues during the process
Schedule Planning & Follow-Ups:
• Assist brokers in scheduling meetings and creating project timelines
• Coordinate teams and external partners to keep deliverables on track
• Adjust project plans as needed to meet timelines
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress
Data & Industry Insight:
• Apply real estate knowledge to support business processes
• Extract, organize, and present data from listings, transactions, or market research
Qualifications:
• Female applicants only
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• At least 1 year of experience in the US Real Estate industry
• Willing to work onsite in Angono, Rizal
• Comfortable working during graveyard shift / US hours (PST)
