Job Description
The Administrative Staff is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes managing documents, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with different departments, and assisting in daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Assist in inventory tracking, ordering office supplies, and coordinating with suppliers.
Support the sales and operations teams with necessary documentation.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
Ensure office procedures are followed and contribute to improving efficiency.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

- ₱520.00 Daily
