Job Description
The HR Assistant -Recruitment is responsible for identifying hiring needs and sourcing potential employees through professional databases to fill job openings in an efficient and effective manner. He/She shall have an excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Close coordinates with the Head Office Talent Acquisition team to determine staffing requirements.
*Advertise job vacancies using internal and external systems as appropriate.
*Screens candidates' resumes and job applications.
*Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions best.
*Keep track of the status of the shortlisted candidates and assist when needed.
*Ensures that the data monitoring is always updated and accurate.
*Ensures compliance with the established recruitment process and procedures.
*Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team as needed.
*Additional administrative tasks include creating 201 files, data encoding in ATS and HRIS, as well as other duties that may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Degree holder of HR Management, Psychology, or any equivalent course/field.
*With at least 6 Months and above of relevant working experience preferably in the retail industry.
*Possess expertise in recruitment process and up to date with the current trends.
*Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and other related business and communication tools.
