Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Managing HR records, scheduling meetings, and handling general office tasks.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting with posting job openings, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and managing employee records.
Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing, answering employee questions about benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Employee Relations: Responding to employee inquiries, handling complaints, and assisting with employee relations initiatives.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Data Management: Managing employee data, creating reports, and analyzing data.
Communication: Communicating effectively with employees, management, and external vendors.
Training & Development: Assisting with employee training and development programs.
Other: May assist with employee recognition events, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related projects.

Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and computer applications.
