Job Description
The Supervisor assist the HR & Admin Manager in ensuring that the Recruitment,
Organizational Development and Employee Relations deliverables are met based on the standard
and procedure of the company. Responsible in payroll processing as well as the asset management
of the company. She is also responsible in ensuring that all employees are religiously abiding the
policies and procedures set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource or any business related course
- Knowledgeable in all HR functions and disciplinary procedures
- Exceptional people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience as HR supervisor or similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: 100% Plantilla and Manpower pooling per position.
- Organizational Development: EDF and PMS Compliance
- Employee Relations: Documentation of Employee violators within timing
- Admin: Payroll Compliance (ACT HRIS)
- Business Process: Passers Hit Rate for both HR Ops Ex Audit and HRIS Audit
- Policies and Procedures: Policy Compliance
