Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic sales plan to meet company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales division, ensuring optimal performance.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to support sales strategies.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business-related Courses
- Licensed Real Estate Broker
- Over 10 years of Real Estate experience
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership
- Strong grasp of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in managing large teams and complex projects
