Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
*Web Development and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
*Oversee campaign planning and budget allocation across paid, owned, and earned media.
*Identify target audiences and optimize marketing funnels for customer acquisition and retention.
Digital Campaign Management
*Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Company Website, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
*Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
*Oversee website performance, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and UX improvements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
*Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and SEO specialists (if applicable).
*Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
*Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and others.
*Analyze customer data, campaign ROI, and KPIs to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
Brand & Content Oversight
*Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across digital channels.
*Supervise content creation for blogs, emails, ads, landing pages, and social media.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
*3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or Individual Contributor or leadership role.
*Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Skills & Competencies
*Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics tools.
*Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
*Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
*Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
