Job Description
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems. The job involves analyzing production processes, reviewing data, setting standards, and working closely with different departments to make operations more efficient and cost-effective. You'll help ensure customer orders are delivered on time and support ongoing process improvements across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or logistics setup
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working under pressure
• Can work with minimal supervision and coordinate with different functional teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Systematic and improvement-focused mindset
