Job Description
-Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering course.
-Must have at least one (1) year working experience in Industrial Engineering applications,
preferably in manufacturing and logistics set-up
-Must be keen to details, can handle work pressure (especially those related to job), and can
work with people from various functional areas.
-Must be able to accomplish work responsibilities with minimum supervision
-Must have strong communication skills
-Analytical and system oriented.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Responsible in the analysis and improvement of production processes which aims to improve
efficiency of operations at a minimal cost
-Analyze, review data and generate manufacturing standards.
-Document and evaluate all results/data in the implemented projects and processes
-Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls. Make suggestions for
improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity
-Monitors project's progress to ensure it follows the timeline.
-Plan, manage and monitor production schedule to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer
orders
-Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
