Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Transcribe medical dictation from physicians and healthcare providers into accurate written reports.
-Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, clarity, consistency, and correct medical terminology.
-Ensure timely delivery of completed documents while meeting quality and confidentiality standards.
-Review reports for inconsistencies or missing information and verify with dictating provider when necessary.
-Use transcription software and electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
Required Skills:
-Completed 4-year medical-allied course
-Minimum of 2-years of experience in medical transcription
-Familiarity with medical terminology, including Grossing, Microscopic, and Final Diagnosis descriptions.
-Proficient in using LIS or LigoLab or similar laboratory information systems.
-Comfortable with keyboard shortcuts and macro-based tools for efficiency.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors in transcription or formatting.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Proven skills in typing quickly with high accuracy in transcribing the medical records
-Medical transcription certification is a plus.

-This position will be working with global business solutions company specializing in Environmental Risk & Compliance, Sustainability & ESG, and Business Process & Impact Sourcing.
-Working Set-up: Onsite
-Mondays to Fridays.
