Job Description

• Monitoring the attendance of assigned helpers in every department for opening and evening.
shift for the purpose of reporting to the department head.
• Daily downloading of helpers attlogs/biometric for weekly payroll purposes.
• Collate issues and concerns of helpers and relay to the authorize personnel in-charge for
immediate settlement.
• Check helpers if they are at their proper working areas and doing their tasks well.
• Assist the employee who suffered from emergency inside the plant vicinity.
• Summary of weekly and monthly manhour reports to be submitted to HR department.
• To discuss the Holidays and Sunday’s overtime (OT) form for signing of helpers if needed.
• To monitor the proper grooming and cleanliness of helpers assigned in the plant.
• Monitoring of forwarded appraisal of helpers every two (2) months.
• Sourcing applicant and orientation of employees.
• Ad minister the administrative functions like employee’s violations, guidance, and counselling.
• Communicating with client about job order or campaign expectations and goals
• Delegating task to appropriate department.
• Managing deadlines and progress across the workers to ensure the job request meet on time.
• Overseeing the work performance of per department and making adjustment as necessary to ensure they are delivered specifications and high standards.
• Listen to every department issue and concern and resolve immediately.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from the clients to gauge satisfaction and success.
• 12 hours duty either day shift or night shift included overtime.
• Duty during holiday’s
• One day off per week
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the top management from time to time.
