Job Description

Office Staff/Clerk
Ortigas Pasig City
18,000-20,000

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records and files
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders
Assist with payroll preparation and reporting
Reconcile bank statements and report discrepancies
Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
Generate financial reports and summaries for internal use
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements and Skills:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
With or without experience, willing to learn.
Familiarity with accounting procedures and principles
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
