Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive– Leasing who will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating, and closing leasing agreements for commercial properties. In this role, you will identify prospective tenants, understand their business needs, and offer tailored leasing solutions to help maximize occupancy and drive revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. dentify and approach potential tenants for commercial spaces through various sales and marketing channels.
2. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site tours with prospective clients.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate leasing solutions.
4. Negotiate lease terms and conditions in line with company policies and market trends.
5. Prepare proposals, lease agreements, and necessary documentation for finalization.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and agents.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and rental rates to inform pricing and strategy.
8. Ensure occupancy targets are met and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
9. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for lease documentation and space handovers.
10. Maintain a database of prospective clients and track all leads, inquiries, and negotiations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. At least 2–5 years of experience in commercial leasing, sales, or real estate.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Good knowledge of local real estate markets and leasing trends.
5. Proficient in MS Office.
6. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
