Job Description
Main Duties:
· Identifying & Resolving Issues – Addressing problems with incorrect, defective, or delayed purchased parts.
· Supplier Dispute Resolution – Communicating with supplier to resolve discrepancies in orders, damaged goods, or
warranty claims.
· Emergency Procurement – Finding alternative sources when there are shortages, backorders, or urgent needs.
· Cost Recovery & Returns – Help in managing returns, refunds, or credits for faulty or incorrect parts.
· Supply Chain Troubleshooting – Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the parts supply process.
· Inventory Verification – verifying if replacement parts are stocked and available before buying it.
Qualifications:
*Education
· Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Engineering or a
related field (preferred but not always required).
*Skills & Knowledge
· Experience in construction or fleet parts’ purchasing (typically 1+ year)
· Background in supplier negotiation and understanding of construction materials, vehicle parts and/or components
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple supplier and requests
· Attention to detail and accuracy in ordering and inventory tracking
· Problem-solving skills to handle supply chain issues and urgent parts or materials needed
Must be willing to stay-in with free staff house provided
