Finance Specialist (47455) - Ortigas, Pasig

REQUIREMENTS:
> College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or equivalent
> At least 2 years of experience in the field of General and Financial Accounting/Tax/Audit
> Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms)
• Experience in General Accounting, account reconciliation, and Financial Statements preparation and filing, Tax preparation and filing, and BIR audit
• Knowledge of Philippine and International Accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Ensures compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
> Handles tax assessments and inquiries
> Ensures corporate tax & regulatory compliance
> Prepares and files monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulations (WHT,EWT,VAT,DST,FWT)
> Ensures all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained and complete in preparation for an independent auditor
• Conduct regular pre-audits to identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations
• Assists in working closely with external auditors and tax authorities to address BIR tax audits/LOA
• Assists in the budget preparation and analysis
• Prepares and ensures timely reporting of cash flow
• Be familiar with internal financial accounting procedures and policies
• Participate and contribute positively to the implementation of different programs for team improvement
• Performs other related duties as assigned
