Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries about account balances, transactions, and statements
• Guide clients through online banking, payments, and account management processes
• Handle concerns related to billing errors, unauthorized charges, and disputes
• Ensure compliance with security protocols when verifying customer identity
• Achieve performance targets for accuracy, call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with professionalism and empathy
• Basic knowledge of insurance terms, policies, and claim processes
• Computer literate with excellent data entry and documentation skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
