Qualifications – AUDIO TECH 2 Role:
Type of Support: Voice, Email & Chat Technical Support
Education:
• At least 2nd-year college completed
• SHS Graduate
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year call center experience (International accounts only – voice or non-voice)
• At least 3 years overall work experience (any industry)
• Tech support experience required
• Audio equipment experience strongly preferred
