Job Description
Production Planning & Scheduling: Maintain and adjust production timelines as needed based on sales orders
and inventory levels.
Workflow Coordination: Liaise with production supervisors and machine operators to monitor daily activities.
And ensure work orders are clearly understood and executed correctly.
Quality Control Support: Work closely with the quality control department to ensure products meet industry
and customer standards and reduce waste and manage leftover materials efficiently.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between production, engineering, maintenance, and sales
departments.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to boost productivity.
Qualifications:
*Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
*Skills and Knowledge
Prior experience in wire and cable manufacturing is highly preferred but not required.
Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise between departments
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
