Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Farm Relations . The Farm Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining relationships with local farmers, ensuring the quality of the produce, coordinating with the teams across the organization, and managing the farm-to-table chain.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of agricultural practices and farm operations
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in supply chain management or logistics
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Understanding of sustainability practices in agriculture
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
