About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a driven and customer-focused CSR - Healthcare Associates to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will have you playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry.
What you'll be doing
Providing professional and courteous customer service to inbound calls and inquiries from healthcare clients and patients
Assisting customers with a wide range of queries and issues, from appointment scheduling to claims processing
Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on open items
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery
What we're looking for
College level - 3mos CCE | 2yrs Business or Medical Allied Course - no exp required | HS grad - with 6mos BPO of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English and the local language
