Specialist - C# Simulator

The SPECIALIST - C# SIMULATOR will lead a team of C# programmers, focused on the development of calculations simulating a multitude of various outcomes for slot game analytics and creating calculation tools for market analysis specific to Slot Games. This role requires supporting the management in overseeing the analysis of simulation results, providing mentorship to the team and ensuring the development processes align with the Company's goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead a team of C# programmers and provide guidance.
2. Lead in the development of calculation simulators using C# for Slot Games.
3. Write reports documenting results from the simulations and their analysis; provide recommendations on fixes when necessary.
4. Guide the team in creating calculation tools for market analysis specific to Slot Games.
5. Work with team members in other departments to ensure alignment with project goals.
6. Document development processes.
7. Identify skill gaps for the programming team and provide recommendations for skill development.
8. Monitor team members' performance and prepare written reports for the management.
9. Work to continuously foster an environment of learning and improvement within the team, in line with industry trends.
10. Perform other task/s as assigned.

Requirements
Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, or any IT-related course.
Adequate experience working as a C# Programmer or experience in a similar leadership role in the gaming industry is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of the C# programming language.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications.
Knowledge of VBA.
Adept in Mathematics and Statistics to check simulator results.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of programmers by providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
