Job Description

Job Summary 
• To promote our products to the target market 
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers 
• Conduct market research to gather data and identify current market trends 
• Provide competitive analysis on market trends, pricing, competitors activities and sales 
• Maintaining historical records based on the gathered information 
• Analyze and interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations. 
• Conceptualize and implement programs that could create demand. 
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to 
identify potential new sales opportunities. 
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for the customer. 
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and 
making recommendations to management. 
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly 
work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. 
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines. 
• Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Qualifications: 
• Male or female 
• Have work experience in sales, marketing, and market development. 
• Have an interest in the motorcycle or automotive industry. 
• Having a fundamental comprehension of sales concepts and customer service practices. 
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner. 
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task. 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• College level is welcome, but a BS degree is an advantage. 
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations. 
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus is an advantage. 
• Speaking and understanding the Visayan dialect is a plus. 
• Willing to travel to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao 
• Know how to drive a vehicle is a must (motorcycle/automobile) 

Working Location: BGC Taguig
Working days: Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
Salary Package:
Basic Salary
University grad and experienced in line with the business: 25K – 26K (basic)
Undergrad and experienced in-line with the business: 20K – 22K (basic)

OT Pay
Transportation allowance (other allowance e.g., communication allowance to be discussed later)
•    No Sales incentives
•    13th Month Pay
Salary:
22.500,00 ₱ Monthly
