Job Description
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field
✔️ Experience: 3+ years of Workday or HRIS support experience (HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, etc.)
✔️ Tools & Tech: Familiarity with Workday tools (EIB, Studio, Report Writer), basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., SQL, XML, XSLT)
✔️ Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
✔️ Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams
✔️ Work Setup: Amenable to night shifts or shifting schedules; BPO/shared services experience is a plus
