JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•With 3 years relevant experience working with SCCM.
•With 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience.
•Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience.
•Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience.
•Knowledge on Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager features.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintain the Application/package library, retiring and removing obsolete & redundant objects in SCCM.
•Create, update, and delete dynamic and static collections for installation, modification, and removal of applications.
•Troubleshoot deployment issue
•Manage monthly security patches utilizing SCCM and WSUS integration.
•Produce technical and operational documentation.
