Job Description

Functions:
1. Assessing the client’s skin diseases, conditions, and ailments to determine appropriate treatment. Let the manager handle the sales to be closed based on the result of the client assessment.
2. Inform and educate clients based on our available products, available treatments and preventive skin care products.
3. Discuss the skin issues or skin problem and explain specifically the treatments or products needed to be applied or used depending on the client’s skin condition. Explain only the indication/uses of the product.
4. Assessing patient’s skin diseases, conditions, and ailments to determine appropriate treatment.
5. Endorsed to the Area Manager the after assessment result of the client for them to do the upsell of the product’s tailored to the needs of client’s skin condition. Talk to them in a distant place in order for the client not to hear the confidentiality of your concern.
6. Informing and educating clients, just based on our available products. Approval from the General Manager or Area Manager is needed if the product suited to the skin’s condition is not available in the shop/clinic.
7. Training can be conducted under the supervision of the Area Managers, and be based according to the products.
8. The schedule will be at least 3-4 times a week with a minimum of 8 hours of work.
9. Required attire: Customers and clients expect to see professionals are often required to meet standards for professional attire. Dermatologists may work in a setting where there is no established uniform, but proper attire is still expected. Jeans and sweatshirts should be avoided, and clothing should be of adequate length so that the back, abdomen and chest are not exposed. Tank tops and T-shirts aren’t considered appropriate attire for dermatologists; polo shirts or cotton blouses are acceptable. Even when wearing a white lab coat, clothing beneath should reflect proper attire standards when working as a dermatologist

Qualifications;
● Board-Certified Dermatologist
● Part-Timer
● Preferably Female
● Willing to rotate to 2-3 different clinics in Metro Manila
● Experience in Surgical Facial Procedures
