Job Description
Design and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, drive profitability, and elevate the customer experience across all departments.
Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure operational initiatives align with business objectives and brand standards.
Manage and mentor a high-performing operations team through coaching, training, and development.
Drive daily operational effectiveness across retail, logistics, and service functions—including scheduling, task delegation, and performance management.
Oversee international sourcing, customs processes, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and compliant inventory flow.
Forecast demand and maintain optimal product availability across all locations.
Customer Experience Excellence: Align staffing, service delivery, and store readiness to ensure a premium, seamless customer journey.
Issue Resolution: Handle escalated operational challenges, providing sustainable, long-term solutions.
Liaise with franchisees, intercompany teams, and overseas partners to ensure consistent communication and execution.
Assist with store expansion activities, including lease negotiations and site preparation.
Track key metrics (e.g., sales, fulfillment, cost control) to drive informed, data-based improvements.
Maintain adherence to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and internal quality standards.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, high-end retail, or related fields (restaurant, kiosk, or FMCG industry experience also considered).
● Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, direct, and grow cross-functional teams.
● Proven expertise in customs coordination, product logistics, contractor management, and international supplier liaison.
● Familiarity with leasing, facility operations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
● Experience working with foreign nationals/expats and diverse multicultural teams.
● Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel locally as needed
