Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities;
-Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
-Ensure all reconciling items are properly identified and cleared within the required timelines
-Prepare reconciliation reports and assist in audit-related requirements
-Coordinate with relevant teams for accurate and timely posting of transactions
-Maintain documentation and records in accordance with internal controls and policies
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-At least 2 years of hands-on experience in bank reconciliation or a similar role
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
-Willing to work on a project-based engagement in Taguig
