Job Description

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend services and seamless integration with modern front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement backend systems using Java 17 or later and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience across web applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that follows best practices in software engineering.
Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability and reliability.
Automate tasks and manage system operations using Shell Scripting (bash, zsh, etc.).
Contribute to CI/CD processes and maintain version control through Git.
Work in a Linux environment, with attention to system tuning, scripting, and network configuration.
Utilize both relational and NoSQL databases for backend data management.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest ways to improve existing systems and architecture.

This is a hands-on development role ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality software in a collaborative, agile environment.

WFH is available (2 days WFH and 3 days on site)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

At least 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
Proficiency in Java (17+ or later versions) and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.) as well as front-end build tools like Node.js or Webpack ·
Strong understanding of Linux systems, including performance tuning, file systems, networking, and system scripting. ·
Proficiency in Shell Scripting (bash, zsh, etc.) for automation and system management.
Solid understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) to integrate with back-end systems. · Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) ·
Strong experience with version control systems such as Git or a similar version.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
