Job Description
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
• Post job advertisements and manage applications through the PRIMECORE.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records
• Conduct background check and prepare reports for the qualified applicants.
2. Pre-Onboarding Coordination
• Monitor the pre-employment requirements of the new hires.
• Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and welcome emails to new hires.
• Ensure new hires have the necessary tools and access, such as IT equipment, system logins, and workplace IDs, before their first day.
3. Onboarding Program Execution
• Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires to introduce company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct office tours and introduce new hires to their teams and managers.
• Distribute and explain employee handbooks, company policies, and other relevant materials.
• Train new hires on internal tools, platforms, and processes to help them transition smoothly.
4. New Hire Engagement
• Act as the main point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period to address questions or concerns.
• Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with new employees during their first 90 days.
• Collect feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
5. Documentation and Compliance
• Ensure all employment documents are properly signed, filed, and compliant with legal and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee files in the HR system.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments
• Work closely with department heads to customize onboarding plans based on job roles.
• Collaborate with IT, Admin, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless onboarding logistics.
• Assist in aligning onboarding processes with the company’s strategic goals.
