Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our HR department in a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing HR files, applications, and requirements in an organized manner
- Sourcing, identifying, and headhunting potential candidates for open positions
- Screening resumes and reviewing application forms to ensure suitability
- Coordinating and confirming interview schedules with candidates
- Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Preparing HR-related memos, reports, and documentation as needed
- Responding to internal HR-related queries and providing timely support
- Managing the scheduling of meetings and corporate events
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and career days
- Attending meetings when required and recording meeting minutes
- Monitoring employee attendance and ensuring accurate timekeeping
- Performing other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in degree program
- A commitment to work 600 hours and above
- Availability to work onsite in Sucat, Paranaque, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
