Job Description
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture and design.
Ability to develop catalog items. workflows, custom web services, notifications, scoped applications, UI and data policies on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationship, system architecture, design, configuration and delivery.
Experience in designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITL, CMDB, Service Request, Change Management, Incident Management Asset Management, Problem Management and Service Portal.
Administration skills for managing ServiceNow instances including ACLs, catalog items and UI customizations.
Create and manage update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow environments.
Overarching understanding of ServiceNow product suite.
Experience in CMDB, ITOM Discovery and ITAM is a plus.
ServiceNow Developer Certification is a must.
