Job Description

Solar Systems Philippines, Inc., which is engaged in the sales and installation of solar renewable products is URGENTLY hiring for this position and join us in the renewable energy sector and help accelerate the transition to clean, sustainable power. We're looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead project acquisition, partnerships, and client relations in the solar energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and close new solar project opportunities (EPC or PPA models)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, developers, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategies
• Collaborate with technical and finance teams on proposals, feasibility studies, and bids
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project pitches
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or energy sector
• Strong network and knowledge of the renewable energy market in the Philippines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and drive targets
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
