Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- With 2-3 experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain meticulous records of business development activities, interactions, and feedback.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
Team Collaboration
- Foster collaboration and open communication with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and client services, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead and inspire the business development team to work cohesively towards shared goals.
Client Relationship
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by understanding their unique needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Client Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and promote long-term loyalty.
- Proactively address any client concerns, working to maintain and expand client relationships.
Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential clients to grow and diversify our client base.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies, consistently working towards or exceeding acquisition targets.
Acquired Job Vacancies
- Analyze market trends and industry insights to identify and secure potential job vacancies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of job opportunities.
Endorsement Feedback
- Gather feedback and endorsements from clients to assess satisfaction levels and measure the quality of our services.
- Utilize feedback to drive service improvements and devise strategies to increase endorsement rates.
