Job Description

Overview:
The Product Support role requires a technically proficient candidate with a strong background in SQL and data integration. The role includes diagnosing issues, supporting system users, and maintaining the quality of data operations. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability are key success factors.

Key Responsibilities:
System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve product issues related to data and integration.
SQL Support: Write and analyze SQL queries for issue resolution and reporting.
Data Integration: Monitor and support data movement between systems.
User Assistance: Provide front-line support to internal and external users.
Documentation: Maintain support logs and user documentation.
Process Improvement: Recommend and help implement process or system improvements.

Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in product or technical support
SQL proficiency is required
Understanding of data integration processes
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Average communication skills
Salary:
₱23,000.00 Monthly
