Job Description

Location: One World Square, McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Mid shift/Night Shift

Position Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Excellence Lead (QMS) to lead continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold quality standards. The ideal candidate has expertise in Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, and quality frameworks to drive process optimization, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required. PMP or equivalent, and ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management certifications are advantageous.
Experience: At least 12 years in Business Excellence, Quality, or Continuous Improvement roles, preferably in IT-BPM or shared services. Proven success in leading large-scale Lean/Six Sigma projects.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficient in data analytics and tools like Minitab, Power BI
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and effective in cross-functional leadership
