Job Description
**Job Details:**
Process Specialist - MIS (Clark) | Onsite

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in RTA/WFM
- Front-end RTA experience is essential; back-end WFM experience is advantageous
- BPO work experience is required
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, Macros, and Excel
- College graduate
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure optimal staffing for business partners by developing forecast and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives, market conditions, and making recommendations to aid decision-making
- Oversee resource planning for one or more divisional units; act as a trusted advisor by anticipating potential issues and opportunities
- Build strong working relationships with business partners; communicate trends or concerns proactively and support recommendations with data
- Collaborate with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives or changes that could impact volume or staffing; assess how changes in business drivers will affect staffing requirements
- Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact center or processing departments; maintain and update forecasting models using standard and advanced statistical techniques
- Continuously monitor staffing drivers such as volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy versus plan; raise awareness within the business and recommend necessary actions
