Job Description
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in RTA/WFM
- Front-end RTA experience is essential; back-end WFM experience is an advantage
- BPO work experience is required
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Macros, and Excel
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure optimal staffing for business partners by developing forecast and staffing models, offering analytical support for business initiatives and market trends, and providing actionable recommendations for decision-making
- Oversee resource planning for one or more division units; act as a trusted advisor by anticipating issues and identifying opportunities
- Build strong relationships with business partners, communicating proactively about trends or concerns, and providing data-driven suggestions
- Collaborate with partners to identify upcoming projects or changes affecting volume or staffing; analyze how modifications to business drivers will impact staffing needs
- Create volume forecasts for inbound contact center or processing departments; maintain and refine forecasting models using both standard and advanced statistical methods
- Continuously evaluate staffing factors such as volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy versus plans; raise awareness within the organization and recommend necessary actions
