Job Description

Job Title: Software Analyst Support (Onsite)
Location: Baguio City
Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱23,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Software Analyst Support to join our team onsite in Baguio City. This role involves supporting back-end systems and CRMs, collaborating with clients, and helping to improve workflows through analytical insights and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for back-end systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Utilize basic SQL knowledge to assist in data extraction and reporting
Work with scripting languages and perform XML transformations
Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, streamlining processes for efficiency
Engage directly with clients during workshops and consultations, maintaining professionalism and clear communication
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Basic understanding of SQL and experience supporting back-end systems and CRMs
Familiarity with scripting languages and XML transformations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems effectively
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and client-facing demeanor
Ability to work onsite in Baguio City
