Job Description
The IT Manager oversees and maintains the company’s entire IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely. This includes managing networks, security protocols, hardware, and software operations. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and operational experience in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure: Oversee and manage the full IT environment, including networks and security.
Team Leadership: Supervise IT staff and ensure alignment with business goals.
System Security: Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols and risk mitigation.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot high-level technical issues affecting business operations.
Vendor Management: Work with external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in IT management
At least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role
Strong background in infrastructure, networks, and security
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and team leadership skills
