Job Description

We are looking for a Crystal Reports Developer to join our team and focus exclusively on the design, development, and maintenance of business-critical reports. You will work closely with various teams to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights through effective report creation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build high-quality reports using Crystal Reports based on business specifications.

Modify existing reports to enhance layout, performance, or functionality.

Validate report outputs to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Optimize report performance and improve execution speed through query tuning.

Work with MSSQL and SAP HANA databases for data sourcing and integration.

Document report logic, parameters, and data sources for internal reference.

Provide support and troubleshooting for Crystal Reports-related issues.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years of experience using Crystal Reports in a professional environment.

Strong understanding of report development, formatting, and database joins.

Proficiency with MSSQL; experience with SAP HANA is an advantage.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in handling business data.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple report requests simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
