Position: CSR Team Lead

Salary Offer: Php45,000-Php65,000

Job Requirements:
✨College Degree
✨With at least 4 years’ experience in BPO Industry
✨At least 2 years’ experience as Team Leader
✨Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
✨Manage and supervise day-to-day operation and performance of the team
✨Help the team to develop their skills and overcome challenges
✨ Manage user/customer escalations and devise measures to address any issues and ensure ownership until they are resolved
✨ Develop and implement internal and external management on a regular basis.
✨ Handle client escalations effectively and create solutions to address any issues.
✨ Perform a quality assessment of agents' performance and develop trends for agents' and teams' performance improvement
✨ Identify process improvement ideas
✨Other task may be assigned from time to time
