Job Description
1. Driving and Transportation
o Safely operate a vehicle to transport the employer and/or family members.
o Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
o Navigate traffic and weather conditions efficiently.
2. Vehicle Maintenance
o Perform routine checks (oil, tire pressure, brakes, etc.).
o Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
o Report and schedule repairs or services when needed.
3. Scheduling and Availability
o Be on-call and flexible with working hours, including weekends or
evenings.
o Keep track of appointments and scheduled trips.
4. Professionalism and Discretion
o Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s activities and
whereabouts.
o Exhibit polite and respectful behavior at all times.
5. Errands and Support Tasks
o Run errands such as picking up packages, groceries, or dry cleaning.
o Occasionally assist with luggage or packages.
6. Record Keeping
o Maintain logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
o Track tolls, parking fees, and other trip-related expenses.
7. Any other task that maybe assigned from time to time
o Will assist in delivering of feeds when the employer as no scheduled trips.
